2023, although heart breaking that we had to close the Fur and Feathers,

it did enable us to travel. We first headed to India, Delhi, Agra, Lucknow and Rajasthan.

An all out assault on the senses be it site - sound - taste - smell - frenetic or peaceful.

We have never been to a place where the population have so much, or so little yet

a palpable peace and happiness and acceptance of their situation.

At every stop food was on our mind, a rich history and culture in which food plays

a huge role, learning the why and how of a small part of India left our belly's fit to bust

but our mouths and mind hungry for more!
